To be honest, I believe only twice have I had a S&K product crack and honored with the limited lifetime warranty. And out of those two times. Getting the product replaced and back into my hands from start to finish. Only thing that would be easier, is not doing anything. S&K hand tools don't break. End of story. I don't intentionally abuse anything but I do make bad decisions and find myself in a predicament. From time to time. I can't tell you how many China, Japan, what ever else tools get a ticket to the show and end up in the scwap pile. Out of Stanley, Craftsman, Black Hawk, Bosch. S&K have never let me down. Like I said only twice have I ever had. I can't say fail because they didn't. Crack many places during use but didn't fail, I was still using them when thought to have them replaced. The 13/16 12 pt deep socket had four cracks in it. Four! And I was still using it with out fail. On the impact lug nuts on and off the vehicle. With out fail. You tell me how do you make that socket better? You can't! You can't! It was still in use when I had it replaced. I have a S&K breaker bar. Had it, have it for ever. The handle is bent. The whole damn thing is bent. Even the 1/2" drive is twisted around. Looks like it's going to snap as soon as you use it. I've been using it regularly for past 12 years. Cheater pipes, hammers standing on it jumping up and down trying to get a nut to break free. Still in use. Doubtful it's ever getting replaced. I greatly appreciate your product as do the rest of the population that still have common sense. I highly doubt that rant or sidetracked ramble was what you were after. It is best I got. Thank you for every person who had anything to do with the tools placed in my hands and thanks to everyone who made it so simple and were so kind and professional that replaced the tool so quickly and without hesitation. S&K Is the best hand tools out there. 100% True Story.
