This warranty does not cover the wear from normal use, or any problems caused by misuse, abuse, modification, or improper maintenance of the tool.

    Broke square shank on...

    Broke square shank on ratchet, contacted SK about price and availability of replacement parts. I was informed ratchet was still covered under warranty after me owning for over 40 years! They sent me a repair kit and in less than 10 minutes my ratchet was functional again.

    Easy warranty. They shipped me the rebuild kit and I had it installed in less than 10 minutes. I will say that the instructions are poorly written and hard to read, but it's a simple tool and easy enough. Works as it should now. Thank you.

    I'm glad this company still supports the old SK tools

    An old SK ratchet I had was skipping. I filled out the form online and had this rebuild kit in hand in about a week. After installing the rebuild kit and lubricating with the grease it came with the ratchet works great.

    Warranty

    Had and older sk ratchet that was slipping. Took it apart and the pawl teeth were worn causing the slippage. Contacted SK regarding warranty and they shipped me a rebuild kit. It was that simple. Greatly appreciated, works.like new once again.

    Warranty after 30 years

    After 30 years the ratchet gear stopped working. After contacting SK about repair, I was informed that the tool was still under warranty and parts and instructions would be sent free of charge. Repair was easy and tool works as good as new!
