Excellent company sent me a new ratchet.
good
My overall experience with my 7.6" 3/8" Drive Ratchet is great, I can definitely feel and see the quality compared to other tool brands I've tried.
Excellent company sent me a new ratchet.
I did a warrenty for a old sk ratchet and i was sent this one for replacement. Warranty process was very quick and easy. This ratchet is my new favorite feels great would definitely buy ratchet if I didn't go through warrenty
This ratchet has been my go to for many years. Its a workhorse.
Best tool company out there still hands down don't care what the haters say
Still love SK, I only wish they were easier to find in 2025. After 30+ years of hard use my 3/8 ratchet finally gave up the ghost, broke a tooth, and cracked. I emailed SK and they had a new one in the mail immediately. Lifetime warranty still honored, I just had to cover a few dollars for the shipping. The replacement is supposed to be exactly the same as my old, both are stamped 45170. However, the new one is the smoothest, quietest ratchet I've ever used. Not sure if the gearing has changed but it feels excellent. No longer stamped U.S.A though, not sure where they are made these days.
After many, many years of use my old SK wrench gave out on me and started skipping teeth, I contacted SK and the process was seamless and streamlined, I had a replacement for my ratchet in a matter of days. I am very happy that companies are still out there that stand behind their work and make a quality product!
